January New Moon Circle

January 18th, 7-9PM
Kanata, ON

A quiet, grounding circle to begin the year gently, without pressure or resolution-setting. We’ll slow down, settle into the body, and create space to listen inward as the new moon invites fresh beginnings. Through guided reflection, meditation, and shared presence, this gathering offers a calm reset rather than a push forward. Come as you are and leave feeling steadier, clearer, and less alone.

Imbolc Visioning Workshop

February 1st, 2-4PM
Kanata, ON

Imbolc marks the first stirrings of light and possibility after winter’s rest. This workshop blends gentle intention setting with a creative mind-movie style visualization to help you connect with what wants to grow next. We’ll reflect, imagine, and anchor those visions through guided practices in a warm, supportive space. Light snacks will be shared as we gather, create, and welcome the return of forward movement.

February New Moon Circle

February 15th, 7-9PM
Kanata, ON

This new moon circle offers a pause to reconnect with yourself during the darker, quieter stretch of winter. Together we’ll create space for reflection, gentle intention, and nervous system support through meditation, journaling, and shared presence. There is no need to have clarity or answers, only a willingness to slow down and listen. A grounding evening to soften, reconnect, and be held in community.

About This Work

~

About This Work ~

This work grew from listening closely to what women were actually asking for: space to pause, honest connection, and places that feel safe enough to exhale.

I’m Julia, and I offer women’s circles, workshops, and private gatherings designed to support reflection, nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection — not just during major milestones, but throughout everyday life.
