Ottawa Women's Circle
Ottawa Women's Circles are hosted by Julia Joy in Kanata.
Seasonal and functional herbal tea blends are served, with nervous system support in a safe container.
A cozy, in-person gathering for women craving rest, community, and a place to exhale.
Our seasonal Women's Circle is a gentle space to slow down, exhale, and come back to yourself in the company of other women. It's for those who feel tired, stretched thin, disconnected, or simply longing for a place to land.

You don’t have to do anything you aren’t comfortable with! There is always time to mingle before or after the circle but a lot of women aren’t comfortable doing that until they have been to a few circles. You are more than welcome to leave right after the circle is over. :)
Kind words
Circle Love
When I first saw the post for the Women's Circle I was curious. I felt pulled. I felt like I knew it was where I should be. Julia affirmed this during my first. She makes it such a safe and nurturing space for all of us, those that know others in the group, and those who walk in on their own for the very first time. It is a space to feel seen, to feel heard, to heal, to grow, and more importantly to pour in to yourself. Being a part of the circle helped me to feel lighter, held, cleansed, and whole all at the same time. I have enjoyed each session more than the last. This circle is a gift that I feel very grateful to have received.
When I saw Julia's advertisement of her woman's circle, I knew this was something I had to attend. Julia is such a kind, gentle soul, who truly radiates love and compassion. Knowing how special of a person Julia is, on top of all the woman circle was said to offer, was enough to have me sold. However, what Julia and the women's circle ended up providing was more than I ever could have imagined possible. I never knew how deeply my soul needed this gift, and the experience was truly healing. This was my first woman's circle, and it will without a doubt, not be my last. From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank Julia enough for leading these gatherings. For anybody reading this, do yourself a favour and attend one of these circles.
Thank you for holding such a sacred space to feel safe and comfortable. I feel grateful to be able to share and release what I'm feeling in an environment where I feel seen and heard. Julia, you were called to do this and you are making such a difference in people's lives and I appreciate you so much.
This was my second time attending one of Julia's women's circles, and each time I feel myself softening a little more, learning to trust, to open up, and to be seen. These kinds of spaces are new to me, but there's something deeply healing about being surrounded by women who listen without judgment. I'm learning that I don't have to carry everything on my own. Each circle has offered me something I didn't even know I needed; connection, reflection, and a quiet sense of belonging. Thank you, Julia, for creating and holding such a thoughtful and nurturing space.
