The Spring Equinox marks a turning point: equal light and dark, and the beginning of forward growth. We’ll gather to reset, refresh your energy, and call in what you’re ready for next. You’ll leave feeling brighter, steadier, and inspired.
Each circle includes tea, simple somatic practices, guided meditation, journaling, and a nourishing sound bath. The evening is designed to be slow and grounding, with plenty of space to rest, reflect, and just be.
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome exactly as you are. Quiet or talkative. Energized or depleted. Happy, tender, heartbroken, or unsure. There is no fixing, performing, or explaining required.

Vision & Nourish Gathering - Saturday, March 21st | 10:30–1:00PM
Ostara is a seasonal moment that arrives around the Spring Equinox. It marks the quiet shift from winter into movement, when things begin to wake up and what has been resting starts to feel possible again. It is a time traditionally associated with renewal, growth, and gentle beginnings.
This half-day retreat is a calm, guided space to check in with yourself at the start of spring. Instead of setting rigid goals or pushing for change, we will work with a simple, science-backed visual practice to explore how you want your life to feel as the season unfolds.
You will be guided to create a short personal “mind movie” or moving vision board that reflects the energy, pace, and qualities you want to carry into the coming months. This is not about manifesting more or forcing outcomes. It is about helping your nervous system settle around what actually matters to you right now, so clarity and motivation can arise more naturally.
After the visioning practice, we will slow things down and integrate over a thoughtfully prepared seasonal lunch. The meal will be warming, nourishing, and grounding, supporting digestion, vitality, and an easy transition into spring.
You will leave feeling clearer, more settled, and supported, with a visual anchor you can return to daily, or simply when life feels busy or overwhelming.
What to bring:
Please bring a laptop and have a Canva account, free or pro, for the ‘mind movie’ portion of the workshop. No technical skills are needed. Everything will be guided step by step.
This retreat is for you if you started the year with intentions and now feel a little disconnected from them. If motivation has been inconsistent, if goals quietly fell away, or if you are craving clarity without pressure, this space offers a gentle and supportive reset. This is not about starting over or doing more. It is about realigning with what matters now and moving forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
A small, cozy workshop on learning to read your body’s signals
There’s a lot of talk about intuition.
Very little about how it actually shows up in real bodies, in real life.
This workshop isn’t about being psychic.
It’s not about performing, proving, or getting it right.
It’s about learning how your body already communicates yes, no, and maybe, and how to listen again.
Most of us didn’t stop being intuitive.
We just learned to override what our body was telling us.
This is a chance to gently reconnect with that signal system without pressure, without intensity, and without having to believe anything in particular.
We’ll be gathering on the Beltane Full Moon, traditionally associated with embodiment, connection, and coming back into relationship with yourself.
Think grounded magic. Cozy curiosity. Nothing dramatic.
