The Summer Solstice is a beautiful excuse to pause.
To take a breath. To look up from the to-do list. To notice what's blooming in your life, what feels good, and what might need a little more care.
If you've been on autopilot, holding a lot, or feeling a bit disconnected from yourself lately, this circle is a chance to step out of the noise and into something slower, softer, and a little more nourishing.
We gather just four times a year — at the Solstices and Equinoxes — to mark the changing seasons together. And truly, there's something special about that.
Celebrating the seasonal shifts gives us a rhythm to return to. It breaks life up in a beautiful way. It gives us something to look forward to, something to reflect on, and something that feels a little more meaningful than just powering through to the next week, month, or season.
Especially in the darker or heavier parts of the year, these kinds of rituals can be such a balm. They bring a little more connection, a little more intention, and yes… a little more magic too.
Medicinal teas — lovingly prepared herbal blends for the season
Gentle somatic practices to settle your nervous system
Guided seasonal meditation
Journaling with reflective prompts
A deeply relaxing sound bath
Warm, intimate held space — intentionally kept small
No pressure. No performing. No need to say the "right" thing.
Sharing is always optional, and you're welcome exactly as you are — quiet or talkative, messy or clear, open-hearted or just happy to be out of the house.
You'll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and the season ahead.
These circles are intentionally kept small, so space is limited and registration closes once the circle is full.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, I'm happy to apply your payment as a credit toward the next upcoming circle with at least 48 hours' notice.
