Ostara Vision & Nourish Retreat

$65.00

Saturday, March 21st | 10:30–1:00PM

Ostara is an ancient seasonal marker that falls in the days around the Spring Equinox. While the Equinox itself marks balance, Ostara represents the moment just after, when intention begins to take form and movement starts to feel possible again. It is traditionally associated with renewal, fertility, and the quiet emergence of what has been waiting beneath the surface.

This half-day retreat is a gentle, guided space to orient yourself at the beginning of the season of growth. Rather than setting rigid goals or pushing for change, we’ll work with a simple, science-backed visual practice to clarify how you want your life to feel as spring unfolds. You will create a short personal “mind movie” or moving vision board that reflects the energy, pace, and qualities you want to anchor into the months ahead.

This is not about manifesting more or forcing outcomes. It is about helping your nervous system align with what truly matters to you now, so direction and motivation can arise more naturally.

After the visioning practice, we’ll slow down and integrate through a thoughtfully prepared seasonal lunch created by a radiant, local holistic nutritionist trained in Tibetan medicine and food energetics, named Brenna, (find her on socials as “La Food Docta”). The meal will be warming, nourishing, and grounding, supporting digestion, vitality, and a gentle transition into spring.

You will leave feeling clearer, more settled, and supported, with a visual anchor you can return to daily, or just when life feels busy or overwhelming.

What to bring:
Please bring a laptop and have a canva (free or pro) account for the mind-movie portion of the workshop. No technical skills are needed. Everything will be guided step by step.

This workshop is ideal for anyone who started the year with intentions and now feels a little disconnected from them. If New Year’s goals quietly fell away, if motivation feels inconsistent, or if you’re craving clarity without pressure, this space offers a steady and supportive reset. This isn’t about starting over or doing more. It’s about realigning with what matters now and moving forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
