May 2nd - Embodied Intuition Workshop

A small, cozy mid-morning gathering on learning to read your body's signals.

There's a lot of talk about intuition. Very little about how it actually shows up in real bodies, in real life.

This workshop is about learning how your body already communicates yes, no, and maybe - and how to listen again.

Most of us remember what it felt like to "just know" things as a child, but lost trust in that somewhere along the way. I don't believe you stopped being intuitive. I think you likely just learned to override what your body was telling you.

This is a chance to gently reconnect with that signal system - without pressure, without intensity, and without having to believe anything in particular.

We'll be gathering in the energy of the Beltane Full Moon, traditionally associated with embodiment, connection, and coming back into relationship with yourself.

We'll open with an optional Blue Lotus tea meditation - a gentle ritual with a flower revered in Ancient Egypt and symbolically linked with rebirth, awakening, and expanded awareness.

*Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) has long been used in ceremonial contexts and is often chosen for its soft, dreamy, meditative quality.

What We'll Explore

Over 2 hours, in a small in-home group, we'll explore practices that help you:

  • Notice how intuition shows up through sensations, movement, images, and feelings

  • Learn your body's version of yes and no

  • Use simple tools like pendulums, dowsing rods, and muscle testing

  • Build confidence through practice

  • Leave feeling more grounded, and in-tune with your own body

Accuracy matters less than awareness. This is about learning the language, not getting everything right.

This Workshop Is For You If…

  • You're intuitive but don't always trust yourself

  • You tend to overthink and second-guess your body's signals

  • You have a hard time discerning what is hyper-vigilance and what is your own inner knowing

  • You're curious, maybe a little skeptical, and still open

  • You'd like to feel more at home in your body

You do not need to be spiritual, psychic, or confident.

Honestly, being unsure is kind of perfect for this :)

The Details

When: Saturday May 2nd, 10am - 12pm

Where: Small in-home setting in Kanata (details shared after booking)

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, a journal, and curiosity

Tea will be provided, including an optional Blue Lotus tea ceremony. You'll go home with your own crystal pendulum and a satchel of Mugwort to carry the thread into your dreams that night - I'll explain how that works when we're together.
