Embodied Intuition Workshop

$55.00

A small, cozy workshop on learning to read your body’s signals

There’s a lot of talk about intuition.
Very little about how it actually shows up in real bodies, in real life.

This workshop isn’t about being psychic.
It’s not about performing, proving, or getting it right.

It’s about learning how your body already communicates yes, no, and maybe, and how to listen again.

Most of us didn’t stop being intuitive.
We just learned to override what our body was telling us.

This is a chance to gently reconnect with that signal system without pressure, without intensity, and without having to believe anything in particular.

We’ll be gathering on the Beltane Full Moon, traditionally associated with embodiment, connection, and coming back into relationship with yourself.
Think grounded magic. Cozy curiosity. Nothing dramatic.

If that sounds like something you’d enjoy, you’re very welcome.

What We’ll Explore

Over 2 hours, in a small in-home group, we’ll explore practices that help you:

  • Notice how intuition shows up for you through sensations, movement, images, and feelings

  • Learn your body’s version of yes and no

  • Use simple tools like pendulums and dowsing rods as mirrors, not authority figures

  • Build confidence through low-pressure, surprisingly successful partner exercises

  • Leave feeling more grounded, not spaced out

Accuracy matters less than awareness.
This is about learning the language, not getting everything right.

This Workshop Is For You If…

  • You’re intuitive but don’t always trust yourself

  • You tend to overthink and second-guess your body’s signals

  • You want something grounded, not woo-heavy or performative

  • You’re curious, maybe a little skeptical, and still open

  • You’d like to feel more at home in your body

You do not need to be spiritual, psychic, or confident.

Honestly, being unsure is kind of perfect for this.
